📝 Ingredients for 10 shortbread:
• 130g Nutrimuscle powdered oats
• 100g of Nutrimuscle almond butter
• 1 tsp fresh or dehydrated lemon zest
• 1 tsp baking powder
• a pinch of salt
• 60g of honey
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp icing sugar
🥄 Preparation
1- Mix the powdered oats, yeast, salt and lemon zest.
2- Add the almond butter, honey and egg. Mix well until a homogeneous paste is formed.
3- Form a ball, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30min.
4- Preheat the oven to 180°C
5- Roll out the dough and form the shortbread using a cookie cutter.
6- Place the shortbread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 15min.
7- Leave to cool completely and sprinkle with icing sugar.
