📝 Ingredients for 2 loaves:
50g buckwheat flakes
50g powdered buckwheat
2 eggs
50g skyr or 0% cottage cheese
1/2 packet of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Sesame seeds
🥄 Preparation
1-Mix all the dry ingredients except the sesame seeds.
2- Add the eggs and the skyr. Mix well until a paste forms.
3- Form the loaves on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and add the sesame seeds on top.
4- Bake for 12 to 15min at 200•C
