Recette : Muffins protéinés au cappuccino chocolat

📝 Ingredients for 1 porridge:

  • 200g flour
  • 50g of native whey cappuccino
  • 60g coconut sugar
  • 120g melted ghee
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 150ml of milk
  • 1 cold espresso
  • 1 egg
  • Chocolate chips


🥄 Preparation:


1- In a salad bowl, mix the flour, yeast and native whey cappuccino.
2- In another bowl, mix the coconut sugar, melted ghee, milk, and egg.
3- Mix the two preparations.
4- Pour the batter into a muffin pan or paper cases and bake for 20 minutes at
180°C.
