Our recipe for Egg Protein waffles
50g powdered oats
30g of Egg Protein Nutrimuscle vanilla flavor
100ml of milk of your choice
1 tsp baking powder
Coconut oil for the waffle iron
1- Mix the powdered oats, Egg Protein, and baking powder.
2- Add the egg and gradually pour in the milk.
Mix well until a homogeneous paste forms.
3- Very lightly oil the waffle iron then pour a ladle of batter into the preheated waffle iron.
4- Leave to brown for 3-4 minutes then repeat the operation until the dough is used up.
5- Serve with toppings of your choice.
