Our protein banana bread recipe
📝 Ingredients
• 60g of banana flavored whey isolate
• 60g powdered oats
• 2 ripe bananas + 1 for top
• 25g of coconut oil
• 50ml of milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 sachet of baking powder
🥄 Preparation
1- Preheat the oven to 180 •C
2- Puree 2 bananas, add the eggs, coconut oil and milk.
3- Then add the whey isolate, oats and yeast while mixing.
4- Pour the dough into a cake mold.
5- Cut the last banana lengthwise and place it on top before baking for 20 minutes.
