Our recipe for tortillas made with sweet potato and egg protein

đ Ingredients
âȘ 100g sweet potato powderâŁâ â
âȘ 50g of egg proteinâŁâ â
âȘ 100g of 5% Greek yogurtâŁâ â
âȘ 1/2 tsp yeast
đ„ Preparation
1- Mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous paste forms. âŁâ â
2- Form 4 balls of equal size. âŁâ â
3- Form the tortillas by placing a ball of dough between two sheets of baking paper, then roll it out using a rolling pin. âŁâ â
4- Preheat a pan over low heat, place the tortilla then cover the pan. Cook just one side for around ten seconds. âŁâ â
5- Cover the cooked tortillas with a cloth so that they do not lose their flexibility.
