Vitamin C molecules are altered by heat, light, oxygen. It is therefore preferable not to heat it or transfer it to a transparent pot. If you do not use your Quali®-C Nutrimuscle vitamin C on a regular basis and you want to keep it for later use, refrigeration can prolong its effectiveness.

On the contrary, a diet poor in vitamin C for 32 days lowers the effectiveness of certain immune defenses by 69%.
