When should I consume Nutrimuscle organic oats?

In the morning
Combine 75-100 g of Nutrimuscle organic oats with 30-50 g of to provide your muscles with the energy and protein they need.

Between meals

Take 40 to 100 g of Nutrimuscle organic oats with 20 to 30 g of whey protein to fill in any anabolic gaps.

In the evening and at night
Consume 50 to 100 g of Nutrimuscle organic oats just before bed with 40 to 60 g of milk protein to accelerate overnight muscle recovery. To limit nocturnal catabolism, take 30 to 75 g of Nutrimuscle organic oat flakes with 30 to 50 g of milk protein.

Before a training session

How do I consume Nutrimuscle organic oats?
