Dosage

Lean Gainer Whey Oat Isolate

100g in 500ml of water 2-3 times daily (total 200-300g)

BCAA 4.1.1 Constructors

6 capsules 2 to 3 times a day (in total 12-18 capsules).

Cluster Dextrin

0 to 80 g per day.

When should I take the products in the Muscle Mass Pack?

On training days
In the morning: take a shaker (100g of Lean Gainer Whey Isolate Oats) and 6 capsules of BCAA 4.1.1 Constructors.

Before and during training: Prepare a shaker (80g of Cluster Dextrin) with 500ml to 1L of water. Drink the mixture gradually before and throughout your training.

Post workout: Take a shaker (100g of Lean Gainer Whey Isolate Oats). Take 6 capsules of BCAA 4.1.1 Constructors.

In the evening before bedtime: take a shaker (100g of Lean Gainer Whey Isolate Oats), 6 capsules of BCAA 4.1.1 Constructors.

You can however modulate the timing of your intake as long as you respect the dosage (1 intake after training and 2 intakes at two other times of the day).

On non-training days
In the morning: take a shaker (100g of Lean Gainer Whey Isolate Oats) and 6 capsules of BCAA 4.1.1 Constructors.

In the evening before bedtime: take a shaker (100g of Lean Gainer Whey Isolate Oats), 6 capsules of BCAA 4.1.1 Constructors.
