Our recipe for sweet potato pancakes with Milk & Egg
• 200g sweet potato
• 40g of Nutrimuscle powdered barley
• 30g of Milk and Egg Nutrimuscle
• 2 shallots
• A few sprigs of parsley and chives
• Garlic powder
• Salt and pepper
• Olive oil for cooking
1- Finely grate the sweet potato, mince the shallot, chives and parsley.
2- Add barley powder, Milk and Egg, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
3- Add the eggs and mix well until you get a smooth paste.
4- Preheat a frying pan with the drizzle of oil. Absorb excess with a paper towel.
5- Place a tbsp of batter in the pan, flatten the top and cook for 1 min on each side.
