It is the fruit that contains the most natural vitamin C (10g/100g). Its content is twice as strong as that of the acerola and 50 times more than that of orange.

Strengthens the immune system
With a rate of 10g/100g (10%) of vitamin C, the Camu Camu is the richest fruit in natural vitamin C bioavailable [1]. Our organic vitamin C thus contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system and strengthens muscle endurance. In addition, vitamin C supplementation is often recommended to reduce the symptoms of flu and viruses [2]. According to a study, Camu Camu, including its skin and seeds, also make it possible to fight against bad bacteria and pathogens of our organism [3].
Help reduce fatigue
Vitamin C is well known to give the body a boost when the body lacks rest. Thus, organic vitamin C complementation would reduce physical and mental fatigue. A daily intake improves the intensity of your training (crossfit, bodybuilding) and your sports sessions.

It is produced in compliance with traditional processes: it is picked by hand just before the wet season, dried in the sun, then put powder by mechanical processes in order to preserve all its vitamins.
