Recipe: Salted Oatmeal Porridge
Our recipe for salted oatmeal porridge
š Ingredients
80g oatmeal
420mlĀ chicken broth
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
10gĀ pecorino
1 egg
40g fresh muschroom
A few spinach leaves
š„ Preparation
Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a saucepan. Pour in the oatmeal. Lower the heat and cook for ten minutes, stirring regularly.
Salt and pepper. When the liquid is absorbed, season with a little paprika. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Pour the hot porridge into a deep plate or bowl. Add the seared mushrooms, raw spinach leaves, a soft-boiled egg (cook for 6 minutes in boiling salted water) and a few shavings of pecorino.
