Recipe: protein waffles
Our Egg Protein Waffles recipe
50g oat powder
30g Egg Protein Nutrimuscle vanilla flavour
100ml milk of your choice
1 tsp baking powder
Coconut oil for the waffle iron
1- Mix the oat powder, Egg Protein, and baking powder.
2- Add the egg and gradually pour in the milk.
Mix well until it forms a homogeneous paste.
3- Lightly oil the waffle iron and pour a ladleful of batter into the preheated waffle iron.
4- Leave to brown for 3-4 minutes, then repeat the operation until the batter is used up.
5- Serve with toppings of your choice.
