Our recipe for tortillas made with sweet potato and egg protein 

📝 Ingredients

▪ 100g of powdered sweet potato⁣⁠⁠
▪ 50g of egg protein⁣⁠⁠
▪ 100g of 5% Greek yogurt ⁣⁠⁠
▪ 1/2 tsp of yeast

🥄 Preparation

1- Mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous paste is formed. ⁣⁠⁠
2- Form 4 balls of equal size. ⁣⁠⁠
3- Form the tortillas by placing a ball of dough between two sheets of baking paper, then roll it out using a rolling pin. ⁣⁠⁠
4- Preheat a pan over low heat, place the tortilla then cover the pan. Cook only one side for about ten seconds. ⁣⁠⁠
5- Cover the cooked tortillas with a tea towel so that they do not lose their suppleness.
