Our recipe for protein sweet potato pancakes with Milk & Egg

📝 Ingredients

• 200g sweet potato⁣
• 40g Nutrimuscle⁣'s barley flakes
• 30g Nutrimuscle⁣'s Milk and Egg 
• 2 shallots
• Parsley and cives sprigs 
• Garlic powder
• Salt and pepper
• Olive oil for cooking

🥄 Preparation

1- Finely grate the sweet potato, mince the shallot, chives and parsley.
2- Add the barley flakes, Nutrimuscle's Milk and Egg, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
3- Add the eggs and mix well until obtaining a smooth paste.
4- Preheat a pan with the drizzle of oil. Absorb excess with a paper towel.
5- Place a tablespoon of dough in the pan, flatten the top and cook for 1min on each side.
