Our gingerbread recipe

📝 Ingredients for a 12-part gingerbread:

  • 300g of powdered buckwheat
  • 300g of honey
  • 20g gingerbread spices
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/2 orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon of edible baking soda

🥄 Preparation :

1- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C

2- Take the zest of 1/2 orange and squeeze the two oranges. Place everything in a saucepan and

bring to a boil. Add honey and simmer.

3- In a bowl, mix the buckwheat with the spices and the baking soda.

4- Pour the still hot honey / orange mixture over the buckwheat and mix well.

5- Pour the dough into a cake mold and put in the oven, reducing the oven temperature to 150 ° C.

6- Cook for 50min and let cool completely before unmolding.
