Recipe: chicken tenders with barley flakes
Our recipe for chicken tenders with barley flakes
▪ 300g of chicken breast
▪ 100g of barley flakes
▪ 40g of barley powder
▪ 20g of honey
▪ 2 eggs
▪ 1 tsp strong paprika
▪ 1 tsp garlic powder
▪ 1 tsp of salt
1- Preheat the oven to 200 • C
2- Cut the chicken cutlet into 10 tenders of equal size. Add the honey, salt, paprika and garlic. Mix well.
3- Roughly mix the barley flakes and pour them into a plate.
4- Prepare 2 other plates containing the beaten eggs and powdered barley.
5- Dip the chicken first in barley powder, then in the egg, and finish with the barley flakes.
6- Arrange the tenders on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
