Recipe: buckwheat & pumpkin crumble
Our recipe for a Crumble with Buckwheat Flakes
š Ingredients
- 400gĀ pumpkinā
- 40g buckwheat flakes
- 40g buckwheatĀ powder
- 15g chopped hazelnuts
- 15g grated parmesan
- 1 clove garlic
- 20g ghee or butter
- Salt and pepper
š„ Preparation
1)Ā Cut the pumpkin and cook it in steam or in boiling water with theĀ clove.
2)Ā Drain and mash with a fork. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
3) Combine the buckwheat flakes, powdered buckwheat, hazelnuts, Parmesan, salt and pepper.
4) Add the ghee and mix it with your hand until you get a sandy mixture.
5) Place the mash at the bottom of the ramekins and cover with the crumble dough.
6) Bake for 20 minutes at 200 ⢠C. Let cool before eating.
